If you're really into shoujo-ai/yuri then you probably know Yamaji Ebine. Well a live-action film adapted from one of her manga, Love My Life opened today in Japan. Love My Life is scanlated by Kotonoha , so you can find it there.
If you don't know Yamaji's work you should look into it-two of her other works (Indigo Blue and Free Soul) can be found on Lililicious. Her style is very distinct, so once you've seen it you'll know it. Her work has been translated and published in France, but not yet here. Obviously if you're one of those "Ew, shoujo-ai/yuri is icky" people then her work and these sites are probably things you should stay away from.
Anyhow, for those who do like this manga, keep an eye out in the future for a subbed version of the movie.

In other news, I finally read Uta-Kata, and there is waaaaay more of a shoujo-ai theme in the manga than in the anime (where it is almost non-existant), but the art is really pretty, and the story is darker. One thing I really prefer about the anime is that the story isn't as rushed. The dealings with the Djinn and with Manatsu are more fleshed out and you get to see all the costumes (each of which was designed by a different reputable artist), but the conflicts are more petty and a lot of strong elements are toned down. It's a series that is stuck on the line between being just good and being awesome.

Perhaps I won't forget these, now. But chances are, I'll just continue not to care about them. ^ ^; Except the last one, maybe. 0___0 Thanks to that AMV and petition, I have to see/read it.
